The first thing that got me on this quest to find how civilization persists and functions is the observation that past civilizations are quite vulnerable to chaotic influences. Without strict order in how the reins of power are handed down generationally, a rogue influence can take the whole thing down - Whether by intent to take down the power structure or by greed and moral hazard to obtain personal benefit taking away what was most important to retain what makes it a civilization.
In dynastic empires, the generational handing down of the critical secrets and keys to power is held within the family structure itself. In the Egyptian empire, this was wrapped up in the spirituality of the sacred rituals that guaranteed divine favour after death. It was critical to the integrity of the civilization that aspects were kept secret from the masses. What would have been taught to the next generation of leaders within the family about the religious rituals would differ in important ways to how the masses were taught. The vizier, and non-family spiritual leaders were the secret service of those days. Only they were privy to the weaknesses of the religion to evidence. It remained vitally important to the civilization that the masses explicitly believed what they needed to, to perform tasks they may not otherwise do as slaves or pleb workers.
Move to the present day when the generational integrity of the internet is somewhat vulnerable to the "keys" that allow its seamless evolution over generations. Who protects the secrecy of these keys in an age where leaks can get them to the masses? One may claim that it doesn't matter. The internet architecture is resilient to both attacks, natural disaster and unexpected deaths of key engineers. However it is vulnerable to targeted attacks on its very architecture. It doesn't take a detailed understanding of the architecture to naively think that you can twist it to your own ends, or nihilistically break it. In many ways, these vulnerabilities are protected by the secret services of the USA. The discovered truth (see the detail of research by Suzie Dawson) is that even the government of the US is subservient to its secret services. That is for instance, even the nuclear button cannot be accessed without the explicit permission of the secret services that control it.
How is the secret information held by the US secret services used to (among other nefarious acivities) retain the critical information stabilising the internet and, in fact the post WWII order of civilisation? The most crucial aspect is that the guiding motive of those services and those others in the 5i's is to *keep the status quo*. So regardless of who is notionally in power as "leader of the free world" the status qup is dependent on balanced battles of ideology eg. Global warming vs denialism, abortion vs right to life, left vs right, and so forth. Therefore the direction of support from the 5i's etc. is not always one side or the other, but to keep the battle raging and enduring without closure as much as possible.
How are the secret services motivated? Primarily their seat of power and privilege is dependent on this status quo. Without the "rewards" essentially of impunity even based on the side dish of greed, rather than the main dish of perpetuity, there would be no internet based civilisation, pure and simple. The secrets and vulnerable architectural details of the internet have multilayered defences. Crucially, these defences have to last generations, and they have evolved gradually from after the end of WWII when the internet started as a function of the DoD of the USA.
Julian Assange, by securely obtaining and expertly disseminating leaks from the "nefarious activities" of this grand structure, has opened a window on this system, without perceiving the plausible dangers in outing certain juicy details. In actual effect, no harm has been done... yet. What Suzie Dawson has uncovered with extra research using Assange's and others leaked information, is the bones of the structure, and in some ways it is both beautiful and dark.
In my view, what Julian Assange and others have done is necessary *but so is their persecution* in many ways. My dark argument is not that they have gone too far, but that any further pursuit in the direction that they were/are heading would increase the vulnerability of the internet based civilisation to unacceptable levels. Their persecution is vindictive, decisive, and harsh. Unfortunately, the necessity of being made an example is the most solid deterrent possible. The delicate line the secret services have to muster is to keep that deterrent without making a martyr.
The multi layered defence of the US secret services includes both the huge military *and the arming of the masses* by gun laws that are otherwise ridiculously stupid. Any invading army that may stupidly think it can become the new world order by conquest, would have another thing coming. Defense of land is easier than conquest, and the US defences are both unparalleled and generationally persistent.
This is my first and last post on this subject. I wish all the brave players in pursuit of truth and justice all the best, but part of my newly found pursuit is to keep my own nose clean, and accept philosophically the fate of those that do not with all good intentions.
Internet based civilisation allows me to speak my mind openly but within reason. Knowing the structure allows me to not waste my emotional investment on things that I can neither change nor accept the unintended consequences of doing so.
My interest in the fate of Julian Assange and others being persecuted is more curiosity than tangible support. My pursuit of knowledge is now more about how the universe works, the origin of life, and what is going to be discovered and talked about within our lifetimes.
I single out Marni Sheppeard without supporting her persecution, because she both understands a lot of this information based conspiracy, but also the source of information in the universe. She is no threat to the world order, but the knowledge she holds can make modern civilisation a better place without necessarily changing the conspiratorial and secret underpinnings.
